Professor Karen B. Rogers is a professor of education in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and director of research in the Gifted Education Research, Resource and Information Centre (GERRIC) at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Although she has enjoyed her foreign sojourn, she is anticipating her return to the United States. She is author of the bestselling book, Re-forming Gifted Education: How Parents and Teachers Can Match the Program to the Child, and is currently working on another book about school change. She writes widely for both scholarly and popular gifted journals and magazines and sits on the review boards of several leading gifted publications. She is currently a member of the board of the National Association for Gifted Children.
