Social/Emotional Needs: The Lived Experiences of Gifted Students in School or on Gifted Students and Columbine

The purpose of this column is to create a context for understanding gifted students’ lives in school. To that end, I will highlight how gifted students deal with the mixed messages they perceive from their environment and try to make a connection with the recent tragedy at Columbine High School.
